Ducks-Wings would be a great series IMO, I'd take Detroit in 7..I see the winner cruising to the Finals vs. the Devs of course.

The atmosphere was AWESOME...vintage Marty to win another 1 goal game. I've been buying up the newspapers today! Now it's all about the playoffs, hope to see you guys in the Finals..

Just call it how I see it! And I think that would be a good choice . It would be a great Finals, most definitely. Would definitely be a great matchup...but I'd have to give the edge to us. For the first time in many years, we have an offense that can score and it's not all on MB30 to win these tight 1 goal games.

ESPN's power rankings are usually better, I like how they don't just look at total points--because you could just come up with the rankings yourself in that case. They factor in who is hot as well...#1 is New Jersey, #2 is Detroit over there.

Big time play to end it in OT for the Devs tonight in Pittsburgh. Zajac lifted the puck up the ice and let Parise try to make a play, and he delivered on Fleury, who was impenetrable all game. Marty is 12 wins away from the record now too

Teams hit highs and lows throughout the season, so I really wouldn't worry about it. I would think the important thing for the Red Wings is playing good hockey towards the end of the season going into the playoffs, as your team has tended to have a lot of problems in the 1st round the past few years as a high seed.

Might have won your 3 in a shorter time frame, but we won of those cups over you . But I do agree along with us in the Eastern Conference, your Red Wings are the class of the Western Conference.
