had to have been on the teemu selanne hit and penalty, the way he reacted after gettting hit in the head by just shying away -
Not to favor the Canucks, but found this article, with videos, that discussed the same issue this morning on Puckdaddy: http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/blog/puck_daddy/post/Tin-foil-hat-time-for-Canucks-media-GM-about-re?urn=nhl-wp3491

Story out of Columbus, take it for what its worth.. http://www.dispatch.com/live/content/sports/stories/2010/05/07/detroit-is-old-and-one-win-wont-change-that.html?sid=101

Amen brother! Go Wings
-
Turnovers and missed opportunities have really summed up the first three games for sure.. My question, however, is what happened to Cleary? skating over pucks, no grit, just NOTHING OUT OF HIM.
-
I live in the buffalo area and watch the sabres games regularly and have always enjoyed watching kotalik. He is big in the shootouts and has an absolute cannon of a shot. I would love to see how he would play with the wings.
-
lets do it in front of the home crowd this year..GO WINGS
-
I was thinking about this today at work with the NHL awards coming up.. we can all admit that despite some fatigue, the wings were not the same team as they were in games 1-4 without datsyuk as they were in game 5. with that said, I often hear the debate about this years hart trophy and how you have to look at the team without that certain player to see the impact they carry. We have all heard that detroit has to many individual stars for that to help datsyuk win the award. After game 5, I feel like he deserves to be considered more for his role on this team from more people outside and around the NHL IMO

I cant wait to see pavs skate onto our home ice for game five and have the fans just rocking all night. We need all the energy we can get at this point (any team playing with the crowd the pens had tonight would be tough to beat) so i expect the joe to be rocking and for pavel to be the spark this tema needs
-
energy.detroit has none we cannot do anything inside the zone, its just a dump and the pens have it right back where it came from.
-
^ I agree with that Except seeing Talbot joke about having 6 guys on the ice - or their ability to cycle the puck down low with ease while having that man up on us - he just looked like a goon and it was not that funny
-
no Lilja on the sheet? and Draper in? hope so..
-
QFT - he just had that energy all night and you just knew he was going to be a game changer

http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=4176250&a...egoryid=2459791 Whats even better than the interview, IMO, has been the coverage the playoffs have gotten on ESPN lately. Even though they don't break down the games in the way football and basketball is done, highlights and analysis have been pushed to the beginning of the shows which is good to see

Hope to see a lot of this tomorrow.. GO WINGS
