Not sure if this was asked earlier, but do we have confirmation on the starter in goal for the Avs? Also, loved the Pierre McGuire comment! Couldn't NBC splurge and give us Bill Clement? At least he doesn't constantly sound like a ****** when he talks.

Flip's no look pass was as good as the shot Franzen put on goal, that's for sure. s***.... this is why the Wings spending the majority of their time in the offensive zone can be bad - our goalie gets cold and now it's a 2 goal game.

Someone said in the last series, the Joe isn't really miked well enough to pick up on crowd noise. At one point, one of the guys in the booth said the atmosphere was electric, but on tv it sounded totally quiet, so I think it might be different in person. And I love commas.
