There have been more stoppages in play this period than in most entire games ive watched, can we just put this game out of its misery?

Out of anyone on the team I'd think Holmstrom would need to wear one the most, playing the majority of his game in the line of fire.

Ive never seen someone hold their forehead like that after a hit. Looks to me like he was trying to emphasize the head contact, and was putting on an act. And seeing him jump right up and engage in a scrum after how disoriented he supposedly was? I don't see how anyone couldn't say he was faking that.

I heard today that commodore was in talks to sign with either detroit or calgary. Detroit gave him a 15 minute window to decide if he wanted to play for detroit, and he chose to be a wing.

Seems like a raw deal to the player to block incoming offer sheets from other teams and force them into arbitration which would award a contract lesser than what other teams would be offering...are you sure a team can do this to a player?

Just a side note - NHL.com had no front page story for this game last night, and in fact featured the wings victory over the B's instead. I'm all for the acknowledgment of the wings...but what a joke NHL.com is for sweeping this under the rug!

Was in front of Danny Heatley in line on a flight to kKelowna from Calgary, the boarding pass lady came up to him and asked him for an autograph, he didn't even speak to her he just signed it..she thanked him and walked away. After the flight at baggage claim he was giving me this look like "I know this dude recognizes me but I'm really hoping he doesn't come talk to me right now" Danny Heatley: definitely a ZERO

I was at the game in Calgary where Yzerman's last goal ever was scored. It was great because It was probably the only regular season game in the last 10 that ive been to here where the Wings actually won...Im so tired of being totally pissed every time I leave the dome, and the stupid flames fans and all the amount of crap I catch for sporting the winged wheel here in calgary just makes it all worse... and this confuses me: Im Canadian and I serve at a restaurant and I still don't understand what youre getting at...
