Meh - You break the rules you pay the penalty (depending on which team you play for) they get paid to sit for one game and the league gets a bunch of bad press. Nothing new....

This is my opinion as well - Lidstrom's salary was an exception due to invisible grandfather clauses from the old NHL - Zetterburg should be willing to sign for around the same amount as Pavel or take a walk.... -

I know it has perplexed me for some time... You can't walk a mile around here without seeing a bronco's jersey but no Av's gear. I wont comment on the local's apparent timeless fascination with the outdated "puffy vest".

No I wouldn't wear an av's jersey... I've lived in Denver for the past 2 years and have never even seen anyone here wearing an Avalanche jersey around town.

This is just my opinion but I think Chelios, Mac, Kopecky are done in a Wings uniform after this season. Kop's may be moved before the deadline or lost to F.A. Hossa is a goner and Conklin will most likely seek greener pastures. They should be able to move up some of the youngsters but if they bring Ericcson up someone else will either be let go or traded. Edit: Poor Typing Skills
