    I have Charter cable in West Michigan and I'll no never go back to DirecTV. Customer service is terrible and the price is too high. DirecTV in winter and spring sucks cause every time a big storm comes through, you don't get reception.

    The Ducks gave the Sharks 6 power plays last night. If we end up playing the Ducks and the refs call that series consistently, I'm not worried. The Ducks won last night, but it wasn't because they dominated play. San Jose looked like crap and Anaheims goalie made some key saves. The Sharks PP looked awful as well.

    The police estimated the crowd number. Sure it might have been between 1.2 - 1.4 million, but they know how to figure out a crowd size. I'll trust their judgment. TV ratings can easily be blamed on the economy. If someone needs to take a 2nd shift job or a part time to make ends meet, they are going to miss a lot of Wing games. Also if someone can't afford cable anymore, they aren't going to see FSD. People don't like the economy excuse, but it easily explains most of the issues.

    I understand that VS likes to save money by using other announcers so they don't have to spend the money for travel and all the other crap, but good gosh. this homer crew being broadcast nationally is ridiculous.

    haha, that was funny. The Sharks hit the post and the announcers are befuddled. I thought the announcer swore by saying "Oh Damn Boyle", but he said "Dan Boyle"... yeah, I know... it's late
