haha, I had a friend and his over last night to watch the game and they don't normally watch Versus at all. Throughout the game my friends kept saying "Is the game on another channel?". "These guys love the sounds of their own voices don't they?" "What does that mean?" Those are just some of the other things my friends said. Versus sucks!!!

I think it would be awesome if HDTV gave us the ability to choose an announcer. Similar to Blue Ray movies, when you listen/see the director while watching a movie. For a hockey game, you can have 3 different sets of announcers and then you, the viewers, can choose who you want to broadcast the game. And of course you could switch if you wanted during the game. I think that would be awesome... but not anywhere close right now.... damn you Pierre

NBC and Versus have a partnership to broadcast the games. I think Pierre is occasionally on Versus but I could be mistaken. I believe for the Conference Finals you'll see him "Behind the Glass" or whatever the heck they call it

When I get home from work, I'm putting in the "Brawl in Hockeytown" before the Wings game tonight. Totally pumped for this game!!! I hope the rivalry continues starting tonight!
