Never backs down? You guys were up by 3 goals @ Home and gave up 3 goals in 4:32. The Hawks don't have enough experience and will get beaten badly on Sunday. Detroit needed OT to win Game 2, but we weren't up by 3 goals. -

We had no Datsyuk We played the entire period pretty much short handed. People can complain about our PK all they want, but that 5 minute kill was frickin impressive. We were down by 3 goals. We lost Kronwall for 75% of the game Chicago needed OT on home ice to win. We are fine. Geez, you people think Chicago would bend over and take it. The Wings will respond on Sunday. We will clinch on home ice. -
That's not true. First of all, there's know way of knowing that because it can't be proven. Second, Fleury and Ward are goaltenders that need to make saves to get into a rhythm. Osgood has shown he can make saves even if he doesn't see a shot for a period or two.

Once again, the East is showing the lack of depth amongst the teams... I think the Bruins were the last hope to get the Pens out of the playoffs

JR was hoping beyond hope that there was a clause in the CBA that allowed players on teams eliminated from playoff contention could be picked off waivers to play on teams that are still in the playoffs. Alas, JR, you will retire without a ring... and nothing will change that.

I'm glad Holland does not use this forum to make decisions on signings and/or trades... the "what have you done for me lately" attitude will not put a winning team on the ice year after year

Well normally ISO for a camera's film speed is the measure of a photographic film's sensitivity to light. But in this case, it just stands for Isolation Cam. i.e. they are isolating players on the camera

I really doubt NBC is biased against the Wings. The ratings are the highest when the Wings are playing. There are 4 teams remaining the playoffs and they can't always talk about the Wings. If they had interviewed a Wings' player today, every other fanbase would cry a bias for the Wings. Get over it. We win, nuff' said.

The difference is, Gretzky isn't and wasn't a dick. He didn't play cheap hockey and he didn't treat other players like s***. He was a classy individual. I don't mind classy players showing emotion.

I got tickets from StubHub to game 5 of the SCF last year and paid $265 a piece for the last row in the arena. Well worth the money; ending to the game sucked, but the best game I've ever been too.

I'm right handed and I play goalie so my catching glove is on my left hand. Because I grew up playing baseball, my left hand was naturally my glove hand. It makes it difficult to shoot because I'm a terrible left handed shot
