Exactly, its hard to get back to regular season mode and be motivated to play up to your level after you were just a game away from the holy grail (again)

Wings were in the finals for 2 years straight, its hard to be motivated for a regular season game against the Poos after being at the pinnacle of nhl competition. I just hope our goaltending turns around and Babock finds a way to motivate our guys to play in the regular season as it may seem boring to them. GO WINGS!

They lucked out by playing a gassed Canes squad and not having to play (what would have been) a physically tolling series against the Bruins. Pens will be in the playoffs but they are not winning their division or the cup. No way they should be ranked in the top 5 in power rankings but then again most of these so called experts are on the buttman train and love their criesby.
