Although we won i found the game quite boring, hats off to the Swedes for a great tournament. Anyone getting mad about players doing this or that on both sides remember these are just kids they havent matured on or off the ice yet, lets not make a big deal out of anything. Many American and European players come to play in those leagues for just those reasons. As for the Olympics im obviously Canada but i think the Swede's will repeat.

Indeed, he will get owned next game he plays just watch, Rinne is alot better right now. Take into account that i listened on the radio, when we were shorthanded and we had back-to-back chances to take the lead made it sound like he was on his game. I believe that we made him look good its not hard to imagine it happens with us alot we make some sub-par goalie look amazing what else is new. Ellis is garbage and Nashville is insignificant but we play lazy and do not capitalize on chances we should surely put away.

Just got home, listened to the game at work, frustrating to lose to Nashville because the only way they can win against us is if their goalie stands on his head. He plays amazing against us but then that little rat face will get destroyed by some lesser team like Columbus or St. Louis. Some fun facts, Nashville has a total of 7 goals in their last 6 games and they get 3 tonight. Ellis has been outplayed by Rinne all year but he plays like Brodeur tonight. I hate losing a gimme, Nashville is insignificant in the NHL and after this big win for them tonight they continue to be insignificant..... congratulations. I think giving Nashville this game was charity....... tis the season.

WOW the boys OWNED tonight. The defence was that Red Wings defence of old and that really let us be comfortable in the game. All the SJ shots after maybe that little 10minute good start they had were from wide angles, every shot came in from the side nothing to worry about. Datsyuk was a god amongst men tonight. Conkquerer with the SO, give the assist to the entire Wings D. The only thing that would have made this game better is if it was shown on Versus.
