well said. the main reason that i have in this vein of thought is that we need to reconnect the chemistry of the injured players. that, i believe, only comes from playing to win. don't get me wrong, if we clinch, we should maybe rest a few. but i think chemistry and momentum are the trump cards. it is different than in years past-before the cba-when we were light years and galaxies ahead of everyone. but now, we need to dress for bear. or duck, or shark. just not for a blue jacket...

If the choice is between rusty Dmac, and Hudler pretending he is a tough guy on a checking line, then I would go with Meech. He is a good skater, presumably better than Darren at this point, maybe even better than Hudler defensively sound has some size-more than huddles at least can bang a little. Did a decent job as a defensive forward last outing. While this might be a seemingly strange option, I think that it is a smart move considering we are caught between a midget and a retread as a checking winger. I love Darren McCarty more than White Castle, but the road to the Stanley Cup does not go through memory lane.

chelios would skip class to go to a hockey game... seriously, you might be able to make it after it starts-depending on which school you go to. tricky but doable. the playoff games usually start later/last longer anyhoo. 4rd period live>last 2 periods on tv.
