I don't know what you have been smoking, but getting 60% (6 out of 10) of the available points (37 games x 2 points = 74 points) equals 44 points, therefore finishing at 96 points. Needless to say I hope for a 8-2-0 (or 7-1-2) record from now on...earning 59 points and finishing at 111 points...

With 37 games remaining...winning 6 out of 10 gives 22 wins...they actually would finish at 96 points/45 wins.

I will do my best to be positive (not saying I will be able too ), but one would think that pairing Z and D together should guarantee for some goals...

That is what concerns me...never thought we ever gonna be on the same level as them. I actually predicted yesterday they would lose the game, however I did not predict it would be such a slaughter.

Anyone care to explain to me why they got humiliated (!) by a crappy ass team like the Islanders after playing a solid game against a contender like the Sharks? I really don't get it...this team should be giving 100% every game now they are on a short string to even make the playoffs. The competition in the West this year is killing. There is simply no time for having "off-days" or getting shutout for the 7th (!) time!

Well, it might be an idea to combine those options. One (mandatory) set game AND one (optional) own choice game. With both scoring 2 points/each if you are correct and -1 point/each if you are incorrect. And ofcourse the set game should be the game hardest to predict.

I found some info on the LITR-situation. Long-Term Injuries: A player expected to miss at least 10 games and 24 days due to injury can be listed as a long-term injury (LTI). An LTI can be covered by replacement players, as long as the replacement salaries do not exceed the salary of the injured player. If the replacement salaries would push a team over the salary cap, the team is allowed cap relief, but only for the portion of the salary that exceeds the cap.
