I have, used to have one of those bread making machines. But it was way too heavy, the bread and I didn't put much effort into finding one I really liked. The person below me always starts the day with a good positive attitude.

You could always try the getting sick and not eating diet. That seems to work. I so want to get back to the gym, maybe I'll sign up for a class...at least that will be a start.

I'm sure he's shopped there before. I bet the Swedes like being there seeing all that Swedish and getting some of the good food. Can't remember which one, but they said they do like the food from the grocery section. That is very cool Karen

I say habit, have you ever watched his routine every time there's a break? It's pretty much the same thing, off with the glove, spay the water adjust the jersey.

Even though he'd never admit it, I hope that Babcock let Oz play because his family is close and I'm sure this place has special meaning to him.

I don't think they mentioned it. They had a nice little talk with him about his role here. The game I went to Hudler was on the ice for the warm ups but ended up being scratched, so sometimes I think Babs decides right before they play.

Wings win tonight because they have to make up for the other night. I hate these west coast trips because of the late nights. Hopefully everyone will show up to play 60 minutes tonight and Howard has a good game.

Guess the only good thing is that the game starts at 9pm so you won't miss most of it, just the beginning.

Glad your company is doing so well, that's always good. And being away from them will be good motivation for your long drive back, you'll have 2 happy faces waiting for you when you get home.

No diet, the way I look at it why deny yourself food (that you'll probably end up craving) to lose weight just to start eating it again and then start the cycle all over. I just limit the bad stuff so I can still enjoy it when I want to. Learn how to do something yourself or Hire someone to do it for you
