Linda - you are not fat! I've seen pictures of you and you look perfectly fine and healthy. I'm sure you have areas that you'd like to see improvement on, I know I sure do. But I also think that you're hard work for the past 2 years with little results is because you were taking such good care of yourself before you started that. I am willing to bet that you have much more muscle and strength in your body than you did before you started working out with your trainer. I know it's frustrating to work so hard and not see amazing results, but I'd chalk it up to you just being healthy. I do know about the poor self image issue, but you are a beautiful woman inside and out so I say just do what you've been doing if it keeps you happy instead of trying to see results. Of course like you've been talking about with Jack, it's easy for someone to say things but actually doing it and believing it can only come from you. (((hugs)))

Actually it's the Junior Roast Beef, which is only $1 on the menu. I know last year, if you went in and just ordered the curly fries for free, they gave you a smaller size. But if you ordered more food they gave you the next size up. It was a sandwich (Regular size) the year before and I don't think anyone got a hat trick that year.

Depends on what you need it for. Always over eats for Thanksgiving or Does good getting a sampling of everything but not feel stuffed

I agree with this statement. I was at my kid's doctor today and he offered me a single ticket to any game. I can't believe he has them and lets them go to waste. But I'm sure it has something to do with the ability to get playoff tickets. Even though he's got enough connections with the Wings. There should be a way for us that really do want to go to the games to get our hands on those tickets. If you're going to spend the money on the ticket and not go, at least let someone use them.
