I was so excited to watch this game but now I've turned it off. There's always the next one, beat them in their own arena. -
I am holding out hope that they can make something happen. But the team has not been playing like they even want this. I am thinking Friday may be the end of the run this year, would be nice to be wrong.

I think it was fear of a lifetime suspension for concussing Crosby again...which you know would have happened. I was hoping for him to throw a punch but in my mind I heard Crosby say "you know you can't hit me, go ahead try it" -

I'm 50/50 right now because we've only watched 2 games together. He actually isn't that into hockey (I will have to do something about that). I know logically none of this has an impact on the game, but I have on many occasions banished my daughter from the room when the Wings are losing. -

I don't think he should be the face of the NHL if he can't be professional enough to go through the handshake line. Likewise, he has never deserved that C but this behavior just confirms it. This is not the kind of role model children should be looking up to. -
No, if I do I'll rewind the dvr. The person below me watched the Flyers/Pens game today and think the officials majorly dropped the ball on that one.

He was the 3rd man in because Crosby started it by punching someone and then of course if anyone would have punched him they would have been suspended for an unreasonable amount of games. Crobsy started a couple of different things and the only time he got a penalty was when he jumped in on someone before play started again. I think all of that could have been avoided had the officials made the correct call on Neal for the first hit. -
Now you need to fix it so we can see.

This sucks! I really hope his recovery goes well and he's all set to go in the fall. Until then, the Wings need to use this as motivation to win for him, he worked hard to get back for his team. -
