I agree with you Loo. People just don't pay attention to what they are doing while driving when a cell phone in involved. The person below me thinks that kids can be just as hazardous in a car as a cell phone. I've had way too many times I've turned around to stop an argument only to look back up and realize I'm lucky I didn't hit anyone.
