They're up to Redbird 3 now Why does everyone blame the goalie when the team is playing poorly? As noted the Avs are outshooting us so we need to start getting some quality shots for even a chance to score a goal. And why does the team play differently in front of him instead of Jimmy. If they aren't confident with Ty then they should be playing more defensively..doesn't seem like that when we allow them so many shots on net.

How can you perform well by watching? He just needs to get in the games and make some mistakes as well as some good saves, like he did a little while ago. If all he needed to do was watch Jimmy then any one of us should be able to get in that net and do better than him.

How can anyone be given a chance after only 3 times? Babcock did the same thing Osgood 2 years ago. You can't use the excuse that they've seen him in practice and don't like what they see, I've heard Oz and other goalies say many times that practice is not the same as a game. Conklin has not been given a fair chance to prove whether or not he's worthy of the back up position. We need a back up goalie so that Jimmy can have a break every once in a while, this constant playing can't be good for him. I do not want to see him run down because Babcock doesn't trust Conklin or whatever his reasons are for not playing him.

On the replay I saw it looked like Miller went after Tootoo so at least he's letting them know he won't put up with that. The Sabres should have started Miller last night, we wouldn't play like that. He'd just have had to deal with Homer's butt in his face all night.

It'll probably be Dave and Murph I don't think Mickey was there last night. Sorry for Ken's loss but at least his dad lived a long hopefully happy life.
