I wasn't trying to put words in your mouth that was just my way of explaining it. I know sometimes I do just have an emotional hate for a player for no other reason than I saw something that they did that rubbed me the wrong way. With Hudler it was the contract issue that made me a little more "irrational" because I believe that when you make an agreement you stick with it whether you're happy about it or not. If you can change something about it then make another agreement. I felt that the Wings may have "agreed" to him going to the KHL simply because it was the best option for the team, not because they actually approved of it. I think I sound like I can't make up my mind about him. I seem to have quite a few issues with Hudler, thanks for the therapy working that out.

If they're not together as 1 thing, I pick cream Lemon or lime

You have to start somewhere. Didn't someone say he was working with the prospects in GR? Sometimes you need to take a chance on someone, they might be just what you need.

I guess the easiest way to put it is that I think Hudler played pretty good the year we won the Cup, but I don't think it was good enough to demand a better place on the team and more money. Then when he returned he did not perform well at all, so my biggest reason for wanting him gone is because I feel that his play has been very sub-par this past season. My emotional reasons are still there as far as the way interpreted his leaving, but regardless of that he is not some phenomenal player that helps make this team better. If he thinks he's got more talent then maybe he needs to find another team that will allow him to play that way because he sure isn't showing it with the Wings.

Yes I have interpreted his comments differently. I had a problem with him going to the KHL before I read those comments because he is the one that signed a contract with the Wings and chose not to honor it. He was an RFA if I recall, and since the Wings didn't give him what he felt he was worth and instead of agreeing to the arbitration and playing the next season with the Wings he took off for more money. I don't claim to understand the business side of hockey as far as the contracts and RFA agreements, I do not know how long he is signed with us. But if he could have just stuck with the Wings for that season, maybe requested a trade or tried to earn himself the spot on the team that he wanted things I might feel differently.

You are not risking your masculinity by visiting that thread I think this is a good choice, hopefully we'll get someone in there that will make a difference. Would be nice to see Cheli, he's always been a good mentor when he was playing.

Thanks Jenny Vampires - I like those sparkly vampires as well as the wolves too. Plus I like other vampire stories too. Family Ties or Growing Pains

No I don't. The person below me thinks the cooler will be a little busier now that we're in the off season.

This, I took it as him saying that the Wings were holding back his "talent". You have to earn that top line spot. Since his return he has not shown he deserves to be there, and I bet he still thinks he deserves to start on the first line. And I still say this was about money, he was on a Stanley Cup winning team so he thought that automatically earned him more money. Again, you need to prove your worth both on the ice and monetarily. Just my take on him.

Not right now because I'm cold here at work, but it does sound good. The person below me likes hot fudge sundaes.

Have either of you heard of google? Bunga Keep a positive attitude, even when it's difficult or Just complain and believe that nothing will go right for you
-
Had to google them And since I'm basing this only on looks since I never saw them on the show I'm going with Adam Adam Belanger or Damon Bennett

I try not to. I do good by not buying it at the store so that way if I want it I have to make an effort. The person below me tries to have a good dinner every day.

Yes, I love listening to the rain outside. The person below me tries to be very patient with most things.

If he turns down the Wings' offer he'll end up like Lilja with a lot less money. Do they have the same agent? As much as I'd love to see Ozzie in net for another year, they can't wait until training camp to see how he's doing. They need to start looking for a back up for Howard. I think it's too risky to depend on Oz if he's not going to be able to play well enough to be the backup. He had so many setbacks with is recovery that I think they need to start looking at their options.

Jerry Doc or Pierre

3 sort ofs in a row Mike No, I don't have to quit drinking although there are times when I think I need to start... (I'm sure that's a quote from a song or movie that I don't recall) The person below me doesn't have to work tomorrow. (like me )

Rest in peace. He was so young.

Estranged Hudler Once I read that, I was done with him.
-
My opinion of Hudler is based purely on emotions. I wouldn't mind him being gone, whenever we can get rid of him. He didn't have a good season this year and the way things played out with him going to the KHL didn't do him any good. He was cocky and thought he deserved more money from the Wings, once he got to Russia he ran his mouth about how the Wings were holding back his talent and we had to welcome him back with open arms because of the arbitration. If he wasn't so greedy and stuck around he might have improved and become a vital player on the team.

I was looking for a Congratulations Wings thread, glad I came in here and didn't start another one. I am very proud of the team, they always play with heart and determination. Sometimes they don't put forth their best effort and sometimes it's just bad luck going their way. They had a great comeback from being down 3-0 in this series. It will be a long summer, but September will be here before we know it!

Did you mess with Kronner's eyes in your avatar or am I the one messed up? It could be worse, we could have Crybaby on our team.

OMG OMG OMG We need to score. LET'S GO WINGS!!!!!!!
-
Cleary did have the broken jaw as well, it was before Stuart's but I don't recall the circumstance. Come on Wings!!!! Tie this up so we still have a chance to win in regulation.
