I don't know why theres such a love fest for Lilja. I remember in like 07' everyone use to hate him. Then all of a sudden the year after we won the Cup everyone started lovin' the guy. It's kind of a head scratcher.

Filppula is my 2nd favorite player on the Wings. He always brings his game up to a different level each year in the playoffs. Like someone else stated before he broke his wrist last year he was arguably the best player on our team. He has world class speed, just needs to work on his scoring touch. He really should get 60 points this year. I think he can be a 70-80 point player when its all said and done. HUH? Neither of them will be anything more then a 3rd liner. Abdelkader MIGHT be a 2nd liner one day, but i think thats pushing it.

I'm sure he knew what the Wings offered tho. Highly doubt his agent just said no without telling him about it. Salei is better then Lilja anyways. If Lilja got elbowed in the head like Salei did last night he'd be done for the year.

lol lilja declined the wings 1 mill offer to hold out and play for arguably the worst team in the west for just over half of that. good job

looked pretty good on my end. tho when i maximized it and made it full screen the sound was going all f***ed up and it was getting really choppy. my monitors 25". but when its a little smaller then fullscreen it runs nice and smooth, pretty clear.

People love their own prospects and definatly over-value them. Ritola isnt anything special, and never will be.
