Although we did have the 2nd best GAA in the playoffs, even better then Pittsburgh. Our PK was still horrible tho.

44 points in 66 games last year. who else is there thats left that will probbaly sign for cheap? remember detroit wanted him before he signed in anaheim. were reportedly looking for a gritty winger who has an offensive touch. he fits that bill.

Lundmark has been a flop ever since he came into the NHL but revived himself a bt in Calgary. Still, i'd prefer someone like Moen over him.

are you kidding? their salary will go up $100% if each of them hit UFA. chicago wouldnt be able to keep the 4 you mentionned.

wings wouldnt go after kovalchuk hes not their type of player. hes lazy and gives up on his team when things arnt going good or when he doesnt like their coach. if nash gets to ufa the leafs will pile the bank up at his front door and i guarantee he'll sign their. if we lose lidstrom we need to sign someone on the back end and not someone up front. the only notible FA's on D in my mind next year are gonchar and pronger tho. -
i wouldnt pay more then $1.75-$2 mill per year for huds. give me that on a 4 year term and call it a day.
