Another thing if you look at the vids on TSN Datsyuk is really not that mobile at all. I doubt he plays tomorrow.

Ericsson had surgery on Wednesday and was not cleared to play. Crosby is not walking around with a cast on his hand or every media outlet would be all over it..

He didn't look good, but if you scroll up there's an article posted on NHL.com where he says "I think i can play"....Saying he's not 100%. Supposedly he got hit in the same spot with a shot that he got hit in the Ducks series, hats why it got so bad. -

Hawks averaged 30.4 per 60 mins. Pens offense arn't much more agressive. That Hawks team was almost as much run and gun and you could get. People want to say yeah the Pens have a different system, their more uptempo and offensive. Guess what folks, the way to beat the Wings iss to play a grind it out, trapping kind of game. Like the Hawks tried in game 5 when they realized they couldn't gun down the Wings.

I've been watching the Stanley Cup Finals coverage here in Ontario (Sportnet, The Score, TSN), no way Datsyuk is playing tomorrow. Probably not the first two games if i was to guess from what i've seen and have been hearing. Their basically saying a game-time decision tomorrow is a pipe dream. -
Kunitz has one goal in the playoffs. No doubt in my mind Guerin will be shut down just like he was on 07' with San Jose.

I have to admit i don't feel as confident as last year, basically because of the injury situation. Although i feel much better with Lids and Ericsson playing in game 1 for sure.

Pierre McGuire was just on the Fan 590. He said both Lidstrom and Draper look good and that Datsyuk doesn't look as good. -

the good thing is as the series goes on we should be getting more healthier so if its a longer series itll be to our advantages with breats further in the series. -

i read that earlier today..of course hes gonna be disappointed just like us as fans were. i think we need to look at the positives going into the series and stop worrying about the negatives -
Pittsburgh's defense is their weak spot. It can be exploited.
