Wings wern't too bad at the start tonight. Chicago certainly didn't come out like i thought they would. They took over after thier first goal tho. Penalties didnt help.

Even tho the reffing has been horrible. Hawks are the better team 5 on 5.

All i have to say is: Detroit is still a better team then Pittsburgh. Detroit has more top end talent up front, has more depth up front. Detroit has 3 lines that can score goals constantly. Pittsburgh does have more depth then last year but not as many big weapons, ie. Hossa, Malone. On the back end its not really close. Gonchar is playing on one knee and i dont see the likes of Scudari, Gill, Boucher, Eaton shutting down Detroits 2nd or 3rd lines. I think the back end will be the deciding factor. Pittsburgh hasn't gone up against stiff competition on the back end yet, Osgood is outplaying Fluery. Wings in 6.

I agree with you, i think the Hawks win tonight. I even felt this way before Datsyuk was out. Were not very good in game 3's. I see us taking this series in 5 with a loss tonight. Hope im wrong, of course.

Some people might think this hurts the Wings chances of winnign. But sometimes in scenario's like tonight everybody gives that extra 10% to replace him which makes a huge difference.

Rematches always favor the guy that lost the first time? lol Guess you havnt heard of the Buffalo Bills. Have you noticed Pittsburgh's defense this series against pretty much a one line Carolina team? lol Pittsburgh has less talent then last year but i'd say more character/gritt. It won't be easy but Detroit should beat them if we meet. Also Ward has been s***ting the bed this series.

why not? because they have 1 year of experience. the wings are a better team, period. it migh thelp them in preperation. its not gonan help them not get "dominated".

don't think the pens looked that great tonight. canes outplayed them the entire 2nd. had the puck in their zone alot and beat their slow D to lose pucks. pens are a better team, but not by much. you guys are talking like the pens are dominant or something.

After watching this game we can definatly take either team out.
