i mentioned pitts and philly because if we both swept the finals would start tuesday. since we lost, even with pitts winning tomorrow it wont start til' next thursday - meaning franzen has extra rest.

I doubt it. I dont even want to see him in this series unless it goes to game 6. But we cant depend on Philly to beat Pitts so us losing tonight isnt such a bad thing.

That was actually a good penalty by Rafalski or else Richards had a break away. It was his gaf that was the problem. However, we still only held them with 22 shots and peppered them with 35 ourselves...even tho i didnt think we had that many watching the game. One thing is clear however, no Franzen = no second line.

One key factor, Pens are the worst faceoff team in the playoffs, along with the regular season. The Wings were the best in the regular season, as long as in the playoffs. Chasing the Wings is not good if they can start with the puck all the time. Like others i think some people are underestimating the Penguins D from a defensive standpoint, but they dont really have too many mobile defensemen besides Gonchar and LeTang a bit. I really hope you guys put Gill and Scudari i believe up against D and Z because they will have a field day. Wings in 6 - Good luck.

well supposedly he wasnt dizzy or anything, he only got head aches. usually when u get concussed you'll get dizzy just when working out and things along those lines. i certainly cant see him playing after recieving a concussion if he was having alot of symptoms. kinda weird how he got slashed at the end of game 1 tho then i dont think he was out to congradulate ozzie. although they wouldnt go all through the trouble of saying its concussion symtoms if it was a slash say on the wrsit. he also would probably be practicing to stay in shape.

Hradek i must say has been standing by the Wings the hole time. I believe at the start he picked them to win the cup. Burnside too i think, but some people are just bandwagon hoping now.
