This is no different then what drew miller did a few weeks ago against the wild. 2 minutes for goalie intereference and no penalty against buffalo for getting their moneys worth after would have been fine with me. To me the Lucic play had more intent where this was a hockey play gone wrong.

Its the same helmet with a slightly different shell. I got mine while it was still nike/bauer.

I bought a new helmet last year after having a Bauer 5000 for years and after looking at all the new helmets I went back to the Bauer 5500. Still the best for look, comfort and right up there for safety.

I don't think it's fair to say they're always underrated. The wings always end up being one of the 3 or 4 best teams in the game and for 4 straight years Datsyuk has been the 2nd best player in the game, including this year where he is rated 93 and Crosby is rated 94.

As much as i think it's time for everyone to move on from this it's Bertuzzi's own fault. I don't buy this whole nonsense about blaming the dog pile either, he suckered him and drove him face first into the ice with extreme force. The dog pile after was nothing compared to that, and for who ever said it was his team mates, watch the video, one Avalanche player jumps on Bert to stop him from continuing to hit Moore and is then followed by two more Canucks.

I live in Victoria BC and usually make it to both Wings game every year in Vancouver. Fans aren't bad, occasionally when the Canucks win you can take a lot of s*** on the way back to the hotel. It's a nice arena though and most of the time win or lose the games vs Vancouver are pretty exciting.

Well he was a huge piece of the puzzle in 2008, and well not as good now i think he gets alot of unfair criticism. I think it was a good signing.

I watched the game on tsn, they went in depth. It never went it. I think it ends up in his glove, and thats him dropping it there. Edit, now not so sure after looking at all the posts in this thread.

Agree with this completely. I live near Vancouver and am tired of all their conspiracy theories over the past few years as to why they have a tough time in the playoffs. Last year it was someone who used to be in LA kings management who is now NHL war room that made decisions against the Canucks, and this year there was one saying that the NHL wanted Chicago to advance so they used the refs to influence the games. Such a good conspiracy that Chicago almost missed the playoffs and they didn't suspend Raffi Torres when they could have. Also John Garret is the single most biased colour commentator in the league. These are the reasons I hate the Canucks. Most of it probably has to do with the fact that I live in an area dominated by Canuck fans, but they do get on my nerves.

I live near Vancouver so for selfish reasons i hope they stay in the west. I also think playing in the west makes the Red Wings better. The west in consistently better and having to compete in the west year in and year out is one of the reasons the Wings are so good.

Turned on the game at the start of the 2nd, was Homer's goal that was disallowed bs? I noticed on the box score he had a goaltender interference penalty.

Just flicked on the game. Was the Holmstrum no goal call bs? It looked like on the score sheet he got a penalty as well.

Far and away Toews. Also like Weber, Doughty, and Ovechkin.

I think Crosby, St. Louis and Henrik Sedin should be on the list somewhere.
