Along the stats line.... It almost felt like the Vs crew was boasting about the Penguins' Third period goal differential. (was it +12 and the Wings' was +3? I forget.. ) Anyway, the boys in Red/White got a nice +3 and Pitt got a -3. Oops! I'm betting it's because the Wings usually get the lead in the first or second period and then shut down the opposition. Thus, further scoring in the third is not needed.

See that? Sorry LGW but there will be no drinking or talking about Gatorade during the finals. In no way, shape or form are we to support or endorse Crosby. You must drink Powerade to get your electrolytes on. I'm going with Brawndo... It's got electrolytes! (for those who don't know, that's a reference to the movie: "Idiocracy".)

Agreed. We went to a cookout that led right into the Wings game and my 3 year old daughter played harder outside on the swing set than the Wings at The Joe. Did Pav and Z look 'different' to anyone else? Pav is in slow motion and Z wasn't skating as well as normal. Like they were running in quicksand (a la Megadeth's "Insomnia"). I'll be surprised if the Wings take game 6. What about you guys?

Why is a goalie interference call not reviewable? Does that mean just because a Ref had a bad burrito an hour before the game, he can call off a goal? Regardless, the normally resilient Red Wings didn't do so hot for the remainder of the game, (sorry, this can't help but sound like whining) but it's tough to beat the referees as well as the other team. Perhaps an equal reputation call for Turdco constantly slashing whomever is in front of him?? (I know... not likely.) Ah well... The Wings will finish it on Saturday. -
I couldn't believe that was Dats' FIRST career Hat Trick... How is that possible when that much awesome is in ONE GUY? Congrats, Pav! It couldn't have come at a better time! Turdco... officially owned!
