I feel like it needs to be some kind of team with history. The Sharks don't have a whole lot of history. Perhaps we could play the Wild. Detroit is rivals with Minnesota in every other sport just about so I'm sure it would be a good game for the fans and players.

I've heard Babcock told smith he is staying in Detroit. Even when White comes back. Don't have a source to post but I think it's legit. And good because he should be staying.

That is unbelievable. I can't believe they actually did that. Hopefully Ford Field is that loud on Thursday and the refs have to do the same. It won't help this time around though.

The Islanders are terrible... but he looks good for being gone almost a year. But honestly the Islanders look like a minor league team out there.

I was at the game yesterday. Hell of a game to go to. I was pretty pissed for the first quarter or so but it was exciting.

Well deserved for Justin. AL triple crown, AL Cy Young, AL MVP. Next on the check list is a World Series ring/MVP.

Wow, I didn't even bother to check and see if there was a thread here for this game until now. I got this game at the midnight release and have played it on average 3 hours a day since it's came out. I also bought MW3 but that's another story. This game is so good you can't even describe it. You just have to play. I have a Level 26 Nord warrior with 'Dawnbreaker' as my sword which is an awesome daedric artifact I found just by wandering aimlessly. I already won the war with the Empire The rebels never stood a chance. I just now am starting to do a couple main quest missions. I always like to hold off on those as long as possible. I have to say, the Decapitation perk for one handed weapons could be the most entertaining and satisfying finisher of any game. As sick as that might sound haha. Dual wielding and finishing off a pesky bandit gladiator execution style is great. I have the game for 360 and the visuals are amazing so I can only imagine someone with maxed settings on a PC is playing with.

I had a dream Hank scored 2 goals in his next game. It wasn't a crazy dream but I woke up feeling like they played yesterday and he scored twice. Sooo I'm going to say we win with two goals from Zetterberg lol.

Franzen has looked terrible out there as of late but so has just about everyone except maybe Helm and Lidstrom. So at this point I am not even most frustrated with Mule. That would probably go to Bert and Hank. For obvious reasons. I agree, a players only meeting could be in order. Show some pride.

I really think we need some kind of mixup. The team looks lost out there. I'm still not worried about playoffs or anything but I wouldn't wait too long to maybe start looking at other options via the trade. If being on the trading block doesn't motivate you, then I don't want you on the team anyways. They will turn it around.

I havent posted in the past couple GDT's I think... so why not. This not winning thing is getting old real fast. I hope the team feels the same way. 'Nuff said.

Did anyone just see the interview with Ozzie and Drapes on Red Wings Live? It was pretty good stuff about what they are doing now and how they have adjusted to not playing. Mostly Draper saying how much he misses playing. Right after the interview they mentioned the Mcdonalds player of the game text promotion and I thought it would be hilarious if enough people texted 33 Draper to the number and he won haha.

I went to high school with Cam Fowler. We played on the school baseball team together. He didn't play for our hockey team because he was too good for it.

Conks has to rebound. The BJ's are bound to win a game sometime though right? Hopefully not Tuesday night. 3-1 Wings.

I am pretty excited to watch this game and see how long we can keep this streak going. The quicker we can separate ourselves from other teams in the conference the better. I think Brunnstrom will have an immediate impact and at the very least get a point, maybe a goal. 4-3 Wings.

I don't think Hudler is going anywhere if he puts up decent numbers this year and so far he looks good. He is actually noticeable on the ice unlike last year. Regardless, I am really excited to see how Brunnstrom does. I don't think attitude will be a problem this time around for him with all the leadership and fellow Swedes he will have as role models.

Someone felt nostalgic watching the Jets play haha. I actually own a Nordiques t-shirt and hat just because I think their logo and jerseys are cool.

No Brunnstrom? (It's actually not that big of a deal but I'm anxious to see him play his first real game with us.)

Yea the highlights are fun to watch of the Jets. Their crowd is nuts. I'm also interested to see how devoted they are even after the team struggles for a couple years.
