I am right with you. That commercial gives me chills every time and this team is so magical to watch every year. I was born in 1990... I have been blessed with playoff hockey my entire life and enjoy every second this team steps on the ice. Absolutely can not wait for the playoffs this year!

Phoenix is the LAST team out of those four I would want to play in the first round. Luongo = trash, Nabakov = Trash, Niemei = Trash. Bryzgolov = goalie god playing among mere mortals. Besides, Chicago and San Jose would be s***ting themselves if they drew the wings in the first round and possibly Vancouver as well. Phoenix has nothing to be scared of. Their whole season has been unexpected and people have just been waiting for them to slump... well again, people see them in the playoffs as the weaker team. They have nothing to lose and will play the same style the wings play. They really scare me. I would say San Jose in the first round would be my pick... Nabakov is so over rated its not even funny.

The reason there there wasn't a thread about this before you came along YooperWingMan is because nobody cares... We weren't expecting to win the division come November with all the injuries and the wings probably ran out of space in the rafters to put another banner anyways. Congrats to Chicago I guess? Yea, he usually comes around come playoff time like the rest of this team. I wouldn't be so quick to boot him out of town yet. His grit and determination to score goals when given the chance I believe is still at the top of this team.

A huge scare there with Franzen but he looked fine when he came back on and I am not sure who he hit but he landed a nice check on one of the BJ's in the last minute or so. Regardless, solid win to keep this streak goin. Jimmy looked great and kept us in the game when it was 1-1. Lets go blues help us out!

Two days between games feels like an eternity after 2 weeks of every other day and some back to back hockey games. Anyways, can we beat the Oilers once please? We have a chance to go 6 in a row and if we play like this is a playoff game, we will cruise through Edmonton... Big IF. I say 3-1 Wings.
