Hey now, I post the juju at the start of every game. Sunday's game I missed most of due to a christening I had to attend and since the child was named after me, I surely couldn't have missed it. Oy, thank God our power came back on! A really, REALLY nasty line of storms rolled through here and we were without power for close to 4 hours. I was getting worried I wouldn't have time to come here and follow along and get the juju rolling. I'm glad I'm here. Now effing win.

Why complain about the fact people are complaining about Crosby? Aren't you just adding to the inanity of it all by doing that? If people want to hate on Crosby, let them. I couldn't post in it either. Also, I was tied up with a personal engagement this afternoon so I missed the first two periods. Clearly that is why we lost. I wasn't able to start the juju on time, so they were not affected by it until the very end.

Honestly? I think because we ran through Columbus, people assumed we'd be able to take down every other team we played. I'm not saying they anticipated 4 straight sweeps, but maybe us dropping only 2 or 3 games total. Which is unreasonable if you want the truth. A lot can happen to ruin that; injuries, bad play, even a suspension if someone gets REAL pissy about something and takes it out on someone's head. It's far more realistic to know we will lose games. Just as long as it's not 4 in a series. You just get back up on the horse and try again in the next game. What else can we do? We lost in triple OT, it's not like the 8-0 shellacking from a couple of weeks ago. We fought for that game, it just wasn't enough. I do think some fans are spoiled and demand instant gratification from the Wings all the time, but that's their problem and I wish they wouldn't make the rest of us have to deal with it.

99% of the posters here understood that we weren't sweeping the Ducks. The other 1% is having a meltdown because we lost a triple OT game at home. Those are the threads we see more of. What is wrong with that picture?

We got outplayed. s*** happens, you move on and prepare for the next game. We weren't going 16-0. I don't find blame with any one person, the whole team did not perform up to par like they did in the last game or even in the series against Columbus. Hopefully they learn something from this and come out guns blazing for Game 3.

The juju plays on for another OT. Let's finish it here, though. I've got things to do.
