As far as the Norris Trophy goes, it's Nick's to lose, not everyone else's to win. That's how it has been and how it will be until Nick retires. Kind of like when you start the year with an A+ but everyone starts the year with an F. They have to try and raise their grade, you have to try and keep it. I think Pavs is just as much of a Hart winner as Malkin or Ovechkin. I think it would be a great tribute to all the little things he does on this team if he were to win it. He's one of those players who you see what he can do in terms of the big things.....but if he's gone, suddenly all the little things become even more magnified and you realize just exactly what you had wearing your uniform. That can't be stressed enough.

There are no good reasons to cheat on your spouse. If you can't stand being married to the person anymore and want to boink someone new, get a divorce. No one has ever denied he's a great talent or a HOF goalie or a legend or any of the superlatives his play rightly deserves. All that good he does on the ice though, doesn't excuse the fact he's a scuzzball.

I really think the two of us need to create a job where we choreograph celebratory dances for after goals. We clearly know what we're doing here. What I'm thinking is Ovie should wear white tie and tails underneath his uniform, so when he rips it off for the "Hey, Big Spender" finale, someone can hand him a top hat and his stick can be a cane. After that, he can break out into "Puttin' On The Ritz" by Taco. Finish it up with a chorus of "If My Friends Could See Me Now" and we're good as gold. That should kill about 10 minutes. Yes. To continue the "Hey, Big Spender" theme though, they need to throw money at him. I look at it this way; if people are going to hate you, make them hate you.
