Considering I was worried that we'd have a hard time making it out of the 1st round, given how we were playing the last half of the regular season, sweeping our 1st round opponent is a very nice surprise. I didn't expect us to play this well, even though I knew we had the talent to pull it off. I thought our injury issues and underperformance problems would get the better of us, even it if wasn't deserved. Never felt so good to be wrong.

It's nice waking up to a Wings victory. I had to go to bed earlier than normal last night, so I missed basically the whole game, and I was hoping when I came to the site this morning, there would be a nice big red "3" up there.....and lo and behold, there was! So let's finish these turkeys off early so everyone who's hobbling can get some extra rest.

Yes, because if there's one thing Johan Franzen is lacking, it's testicular fortitude. I mean, he only came back to play in Saturday's game with 21 stitches in his face, cotton up his nose and no visor, but he's obviously pussying out here. Man up, Mule. You spineless coward.
