He is, thanks be. Everything is clear, including scans and blood work. His doctor says he dodged a bullet and in a couple years will find out just how big of a bullet it was. -

Wings win a shoot-out yesterday, win in overtime today, clinch a playoff spot.....well, well, well. I think everyone, myself included, who doubted this team's ability to make the playoffs should chow down on some humble pie. I'll take mine with extra whipped cream. -
Raleigh is a gorgeous city. Since moving here to NC, I've been there dozens of times. Any urban area is going to have its hellholes, Chicago has a couple and that's my hometown. That doesn't mean the whole of the city is an armpit.

We won a shoot-out? Sweet Jesus shortcake. Between this and CC Sabathia throwing a no-no for 7.2 innings, I think the stars and planets are aligned for me today. Nicely done, Wings! -
What a great commercial. I miss Steve and I miss Gary Thorne calling games with Bill Clement on ESPN. That was the Golden Age of Red Wings hockey.

Very happy to see we won the game......I've been watching the baseball game, and keeping the Wings score in the background. Looks like it's a good sports night for me!

It's so great to see the Wings playing as well as they are. It makes me very happy that I was wrong about them earlier in the season. We still have a long row to hoe, but it doesn't seem as long anymore. Thank you Wings, for making me look stupid. Sometimes, that's a good thing!

What a great game. I remember screaming so loud at the TV, I went hoarse. Watching Darren get the OT-winner was even more of a "f*** you".

Hank would not have gotten the contract that he did if they weren't intent on making him captain when Nick retires. Pavs would continue being an alternate captain and as for the other A......Kronwall would be my guess.

How much of that was "I hate Steve Yzerman" and how much of it was "I hate Sidney Crosby"? What if Steve hadn't done it? He would have been raked over the coals for putting team politics (Red Wings vs. Penguins) over what Team Canada had accomplished. That's not in Steve's nature. So there's no way in hell he would have snubbed him. Let it go would you? You're embarrassing yourself.

Crosby seriously needs his ass kicked. I mean a thorough, painful and embarrassing ass-kicking. Something that even his family would be embarrassed to watch. Boy needs his ass taken down a peg or twenty. He's too damn full of himself.
