To me San Jose deserved this one. I really felt it was like watching tennis when the wings dumped the puck in. Look left, and straight away look right as the Sharks picked it right up and skated out with it. Conversely, when the sharks were dumping it in they were able to effectively get control of the puck and cycle it. Play on the boards wasnt good enough at both ends by the wings. Don't know if it's the aggressive forechecking by SJ, bad bounces or something else, but it needs to get fixed - it's not normally a problem on the boards, but to me it was obvious in 1 & 2!

Yes. The wings should have played better and will need to in order to win this series. But the fact of the matter is they were a goal ahead with less than 10 mins to play and two embellished/bad calls cost them the win. It's hard to feel that this wasn't daylight robbery!

I can not believe the 2 penalties that period, especially the slashing on Eaves. These refs need to get their s*** together. In that 3rd period, they didn't know their asses from their elbows!!

I would like to see the same number of point available for every game. Say, 3 pts per game: - win in regulation - 3pts - win in overtime / shootout - 2pts - loss in overtime / shootout - 1pt - loss in regulation - 0pts

This sucks for you guys with Dish. It was bad enough for me with DirecTv and no versus for most of last season. Hope it's all resolved for you ASAP!!!

God this is awful! I didn't see the first two games of the year, please tell me they didn't play like they did against Colorado and tonight and scrape this two wins! Seems like very slow, uninspiring stuff at the moment...

It would seem like the Ducks are trying to be the Broad Street Bullies of this era, just without the same level of fighters. = Fail! Regarding Perry, for mostly picking on non-fighters and smaller guys, Perry doesn't win much. The only one I recall was when he attacked Rafalski from the blind-side in his usual classless manner I remember the video telling Datsyuk he was going to get it. He sounded like a pre-pubescent school boy - would hardly strike the desired fear into the opponents.

You could just do what I do... Draft him and make the top coaching move to have him on the bench when he scores two in a game!!

Jimmy, Jimmy, I've grown to love you this season, but you can't let in two "fluffers" like the first and third goals tonight in play-off hockey.., Well you can, but you won't win a thing!! Looks like riding a rookie goalie has proven to be the downfall this year (barring some miracle). Still have hope for J-ho in the future - hope he has learnt a lot for many seasons to come. Can't just blame him though, a bunch of players haven't produced so far this series. Give Franzen a coat of stain and he'll be an awesome replica of a piece of wood!

2 for 2 on phantom calla at the moment... They could have at least shown the first one. Oh and they just got that goal on the second bs one...
