Well yeah I woulda refused as well considering the circumstances. Lol. I will have to admit I hated seeing the Ducks under the 2006-2007 section. But was reliving game six against pitt when i seen the wings on there.

So my hometown has a team in the United States Hockey League (USHL...duh.lol) but tonight we hosted our second USHL All Star game tonight. The first time we hosted was in 2001 (i think) with our own Thomas Vanek takin MVP honors and we had Mr. Hockey himself give a speech at the banquet and drop the first face off. Well the owner of the team said he was looking to out do himself this year (hard to do when i comes to Mr. Howe) so this year they had the stanley cup at the game. I got free ice level seats from work but honestly I only really wanted to go to see Lord Stanley in all it's glory. Prolly be the only time I'll ever see it in my life and I'm glad I went. And this is the first time the Stanley Cup has ever been to South Dakota, pretty crazy.

haha yeah.. i've read the stories of what that things been through. And i think those scratches and dents make it even more beautiful. My co-workers didn't really know what it was but had an idea so I had fun tellin em stories about whats happened to it. They actually had suggested to get pictures with it. I think considering it was the only time it's ever been here.

I'm thinking we will face SJ in the conf. finals and before the season started I was talking to my buddy and predicted that we will see Washington in the SCF. I still think that come playoff time we will whooop up on SJ and goin against Washington will be a battle after facing SJ but we'll light up Thedore and/or Johnson and shut down AO like we did with Cindy Crybaby last year. At least i hope anyway

Yes that was an amazing game... I was so happy to see playoff atmosphere again. Pissed that the wings didn't win but hey i'd rather lose in a close game than a blowout. and my b-day is feb 26 so it would be a nice b-day gift from the wings if they won

I think it's his first game back after dealing with an injury. and him saying it's his first game that he's felt 100% all year... I think he's just had bad luck this game.
