Cammalleri played just over 9 minutes and was then pulled in the middle of the game. What a strange Franchise... My first thought when I heard that he's going to be traded was: good for Cammalleri, he might get to play for a contender. Then I heard he ended up to Flames who basically are the Habs of West. Flames probably aren't too sorry for losing Bourque as he's been suspended twice already this season.

Thread: "Marchand Suspended 5 games" NHL.com Video Explanation TSN.ca NHL.com Video Explanation Here's also a link TSN.ca's list of all the suspensions this season: 2011-12 NHL Suspensions I find it interesting that this far only one suspended player (Ville Leino) has been from outside of North America. -
"Five games?!" "F U Shanahan!"

Always the same song with Cherry.

Franzén has scored two goals and five points in the last four games.

Franzen actually got a penalty from that.

TSN.ca Of all the people he had to do this to Salo, a gentlemanly veteran player who's very prone to injuries. Few seconds before the clipping Marchand was checked cleanly by Salo and Marchand responded with two cheap punches to Salo's head. -
Great work. Especially Pavel.

I think it's quite cocky for fans to have opinions on when players should retire. I find it disrespectful. Many of the veterans mentioned here have played over 15 years the game we all love in the best league in the world. It's not our business when they decide to quit. It always made my blood boil when I read other teams fans writing that Chelios, Hasek, Osgood, Draper etc. should retire when they still were productive players. Some veterans are forced to retire when they can't get a roster spot anymore but Ray Whitney, Teemu Selänne and Nikolai Khabibulin are having great seasons. They are in no hurry to quit.

NHL.com - Martin Biron's helmet camera A nice video of saving pucks from goalie's point of view. -
"When I learn in Russia it's like we have one puck there, it's not many puck there, and the (something?) always be: 'Protect your puck.'" A Datsyukian sense of humour.

I'd be very glad if he doesn't make the game the way Babcock's been riding him.

I've always liked Sami Salo. He was the only Canuck I wanted to win the Cup last summer. There's also a bunch of okay guys like Malhotra or some depth players that I don't know much about.

Your knowledge of Swedish hockey news combined with your writing style, attitude and unique ability to always find something to complain about reminds me of a poster called mindfly. I wouldn't be surprised if he was still bitter about getting banned and returned here for the ultimate revenge.

Hocky was played before lockout?

Fans of 29 different teams are very confident that one or more of Weber, Suter or Parise will play on their team next season. If this doesn't happen these fans are very disappointed on their teams' GM's.
