The best that can happen to you when you play against Caps is that Ovechkin gets thrown out early in the game. Still Hawks are having big trouble. What I like in both of these teams is that no matter how strong they are with all these stars they are still goaltended by the likes of Theodore and Huet.
-
No shots by CHI in the third period.
-
I'm quite happy for Phoenix and LA to finally have some success. Anaheim and Dallas have made the playoffs often enough during the last few seasons.
-
Geez, the ten best teams in the West are all on a roll. Kings is the only team that hasn't won six or more games in their last ten games and they are 5-3-2, so not bad either. Wings would be sixth in the East.
-
Hey, that's cool. In fact shootout wins and losses (I think Wings have more losses) are counted on that too, so they've already scored more than they've allowed.
-
Only the beginning. First the shots were 0-5 for BUF, but Wings went on to out-shoot them 9-6 on that period.
-
Dang, my stream is about a minute behind reality so my happy surprise was spoiled 'cause I refreshed this page ad the start of the OT.
-
Funny, funny game. Who would've known that after two goals in the first three minutes they wouldn't score another in regulation?
-
Howard with 23 saves. You happy, mindfly?
-
I know. I just consider it weird how long it took them to put nets in the North Americans rinks. It should've gone without saying how dangerous it can be.
-
They've had them for years before North Americans realised that puck can hurt someone.
-
I know why the mesh is there. Please, read what I'm writing before you post... Oh, come on. Why is it so hard to understand that what I want to know here is why isn't mesh considered part of the rink? It's not like glass or boards can't be removed or that the glass has always been there.
-
Uh-huh and why is that then? What's the logic behind the fact that glass is considered in-play and mesh is not?
-
How would you explain the boards and the glass then? Without them the puck would be out of play...
-
Oh well, I don't know about that either.
-
But the puck usually falls back on the ice and the play could continue. I guess it would create too many confusing moments as players would be wondering where the puck went.
-
That's one rule that I don't understand. Why should the play be blown dead when puck hits the mesh?
-
Lidström and Rafalski are both -2. That's quite surprising to me (not that they both are, as they're a D pair). They've been very visible in the offensive zone once again.
-
Yeah, well, let's see what happens. Maybe Lilja scores 7 goals.
-
Nevermind. I'm in a little cranky mood tonight.
-
Filppula and Miller are alright on the PK.
-
Stupid Wings almost scored a goal.
-
I don't know him, but he seems to be a nice fella.
-
Yummy... I want candy too.

Lots of good chances for the Wings and you still keep on whining. I'm glad I'm not watching this in the same room with you people.
