Then again, "metalkorn". Wings are leading shots on goal 11-9, but still... -
Hockey in general?

Pane's no star so no special treatment for him but you gotta admire his toughness and shot blocking.
-
I think they were also booing the ineffective PP of their own team.

It's OK, it was a "reactionary play".

So why did the OP have two Sabres players in his post?

Close call between the failures of evil Roy and evil Pronger. Roy wins cause I still think that he's evil but Pronger I've somewhat forgiven.

To the referees' defense I think you sometimes miss things just because they are so unbelievable and unexpected. I mean even if you are watching at the direction. It happened very quickly and you definitely don't expect a player to do something as stupid as Clowe did. I wonder if he could be fined for that?

I'm with you on all your points. It's the forced parity with the loser point. NHL wants to have these important games at the end of the season. The result is that Florida is leading their division and they have won 37 games and lost 46. It's just that 18 of those losses have been on OT. I would also like if teams had less games inside their own divisions. Teams on toughest divisions like Central and Atlantic suffer while Boston and especially Vancouver have benefited of being on weak divisions. On the other hand Columbus might not look so horrible if they needn't play the other four Central teams that often.

Yes, waist of time and space. What a waist that must be.

Seriously, waivers... plus there's no roster limit after the trade deadline. Wings have seven better defensemen than Kindl so they're in no hurry to get rid of him, but he should feel the pressure to show the team management something before the next season begins.

I haven't read anything, but you would think Babcock wants to warm Howard up for the playoffs. He's just getting back to form. Oh, you forgot Helm from the injury report.

They don't need a zamboni at the arena as their fans are crying so much.

How dared he not be perfect when he got paid as much as Patrick Eaves does now.

Made my day.

TSN.ca - Fraser: All about Schenn's hit on Sidney Crosby
-
The story around the hit makes it even more beautiful. I can't remember another player who really deserved to get Kronwalled.

The 2007-09 Wings who went top four three years in a row were quite a deep team. Just think of the third line of Hudler-Filppula-Samuelsson that could be a great second line now. And players like Zetterberg, Franzén and Hudler had bargain contracts so Holland was able to afford the likes of Hossa and Rafalski.

I agree. There always are people rude enough to vote on this kind of things but I think it was a stupid idea by MLive to put it up in the first place.
