There's no doubt in my mind that the head shots were intentional. They were clear hits with no reason behind them but to get under the wings skin. When it didn't work, they just continued doing it like the classless animals that they are.

The Pens deserved what they got. That hit on Ozzy was ridiculous. That scuffle reminded me a bit o the old Avs v Wings brawls of the 90's. Good memories.

That goal made me think of how Superman would play hockey. I was in shock at how awesome a play that was.

It's one thing being disappointed with the outcome, and another thing entirely if they are disappointed with the team and the season.

There is something to be said for people willing to go out with both class and dignity.

I wouldn't be disappointed with my Wings if they didn't win the cup. I wouldn't be as happy if they didn't, but I think that anyone that sees a season like the one we've had and are still disappointed are nothing but fair-weather/bandwagon fans.

With the TechFest, Memorial Weekend, and several teams playing I would have to stay stick to the suburbs as well. Area's like St. Clair Shores, Fraser, Roseville, Clinton Township, Sterling Heights, will keep you within a half hour from the city and will be reasonably priced without the sacrifice of safety. Anywhere left in the city limits at this point in time is probably not a good bet due to bad location. As for food, downtown near the casinos and on Woodward there are alot of good places to eat. Another thought would be possibly getting a room on the other side of the river in Windsor (Canada) which is maybe 15 mins away from the Joe.

Agreed. Though, I do both love and absolutely hate games that give me a heart attack every 2 minutes.
