Just fyi: Newfoundland/Labrador voted 52.3 to 47.7 to join Canada 62 years ago.

The search feature is a hell of a drug.

Hello there, Olympics bump. Come here often?
-
I heart RDS and CBC today for this exact reason.
-
Cynthia Plaster Caster?
-
Adams and Cooke probably flipped a coin to see who'd do the dirty hit at the end of the game.
-
See, haters, Crosby is creating offense out there!
-
Thanks for pointing out the non-calls and breaks, Healy. Hopefully, you guys realize you can do that every Pens game in the playoffs.
-
I love having RDS and being able watch the game without McGuire. I'd rather understand one out of every six words than listen to that freak.
-
Put on the fourth line. Get energy out there now.
-
Now put Dats and Z back out there.
-
Remember, we should get a minute of five on three if they're going to even it out.
-
Jesus, you guys act like vocabulary is the enemy. I'd take him over the 'tards who can't talk yet normally do the CBC broadcasts.
-
Great job Montreal. Someone ask Ovie if Halak looks nervous now.
-
Well, Washington deserved to lose this series at least. Montreal can't play like this against the Pens in less than 48 hours. Or hell, maybe they can. But I don't expect them to last very long, given the amound of energy they expended in winning this series.
-
I hate to bring this up, but Montreal won't last five games playing like this against the Pens.
-
If you're Washington right now, wouldn't you want to get the energy going from guys like Belanger and Walker?
-
There's been one Canadian winner in the last eight seasons. The young (U-25) D from Canada are currently better than the young D from the U.S. of A. Also, Green is much, much worse than Lebda as a pure defensive defenceman.

100+ points and a first round exit? No, he does that every year. Actually, I'd have gone Tippett-Sacco-Babcock 1-2-3. I didn't think what Trotz accomplished was anything major so I don't know if he's even top five. Maybe give some consideration to Clouston (although he couldn't handle his goaltenders), Laviolette (makes the playoffs with a team he didn't inherit and a ninth-string goaltender) and Boudreau (118 points).

Most of the time. He's saying there haven't been any big, open-ice crunchers and I agree with that a bit. It's not the biggest reason why the Wings are tied with the Coyotes right now, not even in the top five, but the D did crunch guys a lot more last year. Generally, the Coyotes are a lot faster at moving the puck than the BJs were last year. This year overall in the playoffs, I think the big hits are down a bit. Might be because the games are closer and no one wants to go down a man for five minutes for a clean but resonant hit.

There's just something about "Antti Niemi" and "a two-goal lead" that makes me think they weren't meant to last.
-
IMO Philly's the only team in the East that matches up well against the Pens for a long, grueling series.
-
He might when he realizes Mike Green's been hanging out too much with the Geico caveman Zamboni driver.
