Well it was a good time at the Joe. Looked like a full house, got pretty loud at times (especially the 3rd). It's been a while since I was at a Wings game and they lost...even longer where they had a regulation loss. Only thing that I thought was a big issue tonight was passes. One too many of them and just tons of fumbled, missed or the ones that went to no one. The whole game it seemed like the Wings forgot how to stop and control the pass. This of course led to plenty of turnovers, at least they made the 3rd interesting.

Hopefully it'll be running, never know though. Sitting in section 226, 4 row. Heading to game in about a half hour, got the Wings gear on.

Heading to the game tomorrow. Sitting in the Holiday Inn Express that's a mile away right now May get a late lunch before the game, any suggestions? Looking forward to a great game!

oh, one does need a fairly decent processor/graphics card and internet speed. Other times it's just something random, like the connection to the server just being dumb.

Technically wouldn't you need Versus too? If you're living in MI and only watch Wings games all you really need is FSD(+) and Versus to see all the games. You don't even need NBC this season (except for the Stanley Cup Finals ). Satellite is always the better choice when it comes to getting the best coverage and quality with Center Ice.

I haven't been to a Wings/Hawks game for awhile (last one was their home opener in for the 07/08 season I believe, 1st home game after William Wirtz died). Back then and years before that it was more Wings fans than Hawks, so it was actually a good time. Most Hawks fans would just boo you. One game I went to their mascot got in my face after the Wings scored, it was the game where the Wings scored 2 goals in like the last 30 seconds of the game. I had Wings fan all around me backing me up and saying not to sit down (the mascot was telling me to sit down, even got on the chair since I was much taller than him), so that was the worst I've experienced. I'm sure now-a-days there's a lot more assholes going to games because the Hawks are winning. Oh, I did go to the Winter Classic. I didn't have my jersey on till after the game (it was cold and I kind of forgot about it under my jacket). That wasn't bad either, good mix of Wings and Hawks fans.
