It's on FSD and Big Ten Network (FSD Feed)

Damn morning Griffins game, I forgot to reset the capture dimensions after the Griffs played at 11am ET. I normally don't stream them on that computer to prevent things like this from happenings. Oh well, it seems like it wasn't a good game to watch anyway. I don't think the Griffins will be playing anymore weekday morning/early afternoon games....hopefully. However I did make it to my destination without any problems (was driving the whole time). *** I'll be replaying most of this abomination of a game, though probably not all of it. On now

NHL Live is archived online
-
Or you can go watch the Griffins play Lake Erie

Actually you should be able to watch the FSD feed with CenterIce. Minnesota's feed is on KSTC, which is a local over the air station. In the written definition of the blackout rules only people within a 50 mile radius of the arena are subject to a blackout when broadcasted on local OTA. Everyone else will (should) be allowed to view the away teams feed. This is the case on GameCenter Live too, I get blacked out when games are on FSNorth channel since I'm in the region, but when it's games on KSTC I do not get blacked out. Not sure who your cable/satellite provider is, but since you're in North Dakota it shouldn't matter when it comes to Center Ice (I know Directv normally doesn't broadcast local OTA for Center Ice).

Uh..FSD-HD channel 663 Ever consider comparing between the 720p and 1080i? One might work better over the other.
-
I've been getting crystal clear HD on FSD+. I have directv, so they do HD right and I haven't had a problem. If you can, I suggest switching Even GCL games are in HD too, NHL has gotten it's s*** together when it comes to HD.
-
That's in Edmonton though, I don't know if FSD takes their own cameras or tap into the ones at the arena. I would assume it's the latter, but it varies from team to team. Like Dallas and Atlanta have HD broadcast but every once and a while they have the kind with the pillar-boxing (SD video with bars). If only I had the opportunity to go into the field of television broadcasting, I find it all very interesting...though know only a very little about it.
-
FSN+ HD isn't that bad. Tonight it is listed as an HD game and I'm pretty sure it's true HD, instead of the kind of feeds with the pillar-boxing. It's at the Joe, so I'm sure it's the same cameras they always use. Gotta love Directv

Gary Thorne is King! Even the ESPN theme music went soooo well with his voice.

It's the stream from Yahoo. http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/hockeynight/2010110622

You know you can just remove that "12" from my name I was probably going to eventually just delete the video, but whatever. The likely hood of that happening is slim. Nylander was already turned around, so he would of saw it for the most part. Plus you can hear the hit after the video pans away. If he was hit into Nylander I don't think there would have been that much force to where you would hear the boards rattle so clearly.

Actually last night I went and did it myself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6j_M8uAXld0

Really?.....ok http://php.democratandchronicle.com/blog/sports2/ Check Check After that later on in the play they are back in that corner, there a single glove sitting on the ice. Check Not quite, but the stoppage of play right before that happened was 10:15. So, ya check I also poked around the rest of the 2nd period, never saw him on the ice again.....Check Don't question me

Confused?

It was 26....uh Meech. Not Smith.

I never did understand why people would choose Dish over Directv (it is a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for). I sent you a PM. If anyone else is thinking of switching over the $100 is pretty simple to get, Directv even has it setup to do online. PM me and I'll give you my account number, you won't be disappointed. They got the Versus thing fixed for a while (was Comcrap's fault) and they won't screw up the Fox Sports stuff since they are heavily promoting having Fox due to the Dish Net issue.

I've noticed and been saying this for years. It's all the teams that are south of the Mason-Dixon line (the south). It may or may not include the California teams (I guess they aren't technically called the south). In your non traditional hockey markets they have the cheer squad and the ice crew, which may have a girl or 2. In the traditional hockey market they have the ice girls. The cheer squad never skates and does your basic cheering stuff you would see at a football or basketball game. The ice girls actually clear the ice (they know how to skate) and they walk around the arena doing promotional/fan interaction stuff as well.
