Kozlov is my #2 favorite player (After Kovy, of course). He definitely deserves the "C" on our team. He, other than Kovy, will always score when needed. He supplies the classic bad-angle, short-side goals that propel us to either tie the game or put us ahead late in the third. I don't think I have ever seen him screw something up. He plays half-heartedly sometimes, but he ALWAYS does more harm than good. In other words, when needed, he delivers. (Second the team in goals, too, but that's not saying much 'cause we're the Thrashers) Speaking of statistics, he has by far the highest shooting percentage on our team and is 2nd on the team in points. (One behind Kovy)

Why is everyone so surprised? If the Avs can score 3 goals in one period, why can't we?

No Kidding We have a LONG way to go. When your best center is Todd White, you know you're in trouble. To make matters worse, our head coach doesn't know how to play NHL hockey and our GM seems to do everything physically possible to NOT set up a foundation for the future. I can assure you, the Atlanta Thrashers are not going to be even an NHL team for the next 3 years or so. All we have is Kovalchuk, and even he's not playing well. - Bogosian is a possible good d-man, but one isn't going to get you anywhere. Not with the likes of Exelby or Oystrick around...

as bad as the wings are playing, you are nowhere near Thrashers bad... this is actually a refreshing game to watch, believe it or not, but anything's better than watching the thrashers lose night after night.

Honestly, I would much rather see the Wings win it at home with the loving fans than win it in Pittsburgh just to laugh at their fans.

This is pathetic; I go on the Pen's message boards and I find a post like this: "Calls didn't go our way as they haven't been all series. Just too many things not going our way for it to happen this year. WTF? Calls didn't go your way? Another one: "I am impressed with Detroit as a team, but Babcock, Ozgood, and Datsyuk really stood out as bad players to me. I thought they were better than that. First of all, Ozgood? With a Z? Second, Babcock isn't a player, and third, what was wrong with Datsyuk? He generated numerous scoring opportunities and was a great 2-way forward! I hate Pens fans.
