I think some of those kids will be called up during the season once they realize how many useless forwards they have. Don't get me started on Toskala. I think Jonas will be in soon, at least I hope so. I think the Leafs have more depth than they have in recent years so at least they have the option of calling up other guys and no one's spot is safe.

I'm going back and forth between VS in HD and just regular old blurry CBC. It's killing my eyesight. Watching regular CBC looks like you're watching a game that occurred 30 years ago.

I actually do feel guilty about this a lot. When it comes down to it, the wings are always number one to me. But I can't help but feel compassion for all of their close calls and management mishaps. It makes me appreciate the Illiches and Kenny Holland so much more!!!

I don't have high expectations from him. If he stays healthy and manages to get 20 goals, I'd be happy. That said, I don't see him staying healthy and playing more than 65 games either.

Really really pumped might be an understatement. I've stayed away from hockey news completely since the finals until this past week and I cannot get enough of it. I'm happy to hear the players verbalize what some of the fans feel, especially since they're the only ones who can do anything about it. Cleary seems like one of those guys in the locker room whose personality and spirit will rub off on some of the younger guys. I'm thinking that last game last year should provide more than enough motivation for the upcoming year.

Go for it. Toskala will lose the number job 1 shortly. The question is just how long Wilson and Burke will be patient with him.

I was so excited to go to JoeVision tomorrow night and now I'm so upset! Last year I was there for Game 6 and it was a blast. I just sent e-mails from my e-mail, my brother's e-mail, and my parent's e-mail to all NBC execs listed in this thread and I used one of the templates someone posted earlier so thanks! I really hope they reverse the decision. Just show it in Detroit and Pittsburgh. I don't necessarily understand how tv ratings work but if it messes up their viewing number so badly, why couldn't they just call JLA and find out how many people were there and viewed the game? I'm so sad now
