Still staying positive here. I've seen the Wings come back before and I have no reason to believe they can't do it again. I trust Babcock to say and do the right things, make the right changes, and do whatever he can from behind the bench to keep these guys in it. If the Wings lose, series tied. Extra day of rest. Not the end of the world. And if the Wings can rally and win this game, I don't think Pittsburgh could recover from that blow. The extreme high to extreme low might just finish them.

I've used the ticket exchange on ticketmaster and stubhub and haven't had any problems. Check the websites for contact information and look for some kind of guarantee on the transaction. I know stubhub has a fanprotect guarantee where they promise that you'll get your tickets in time for the event and they'll be valid, among other things.

With their beards, the wings look manly, Hossa wants the cup named stanley, Helm has speed and lots of fire, Jiri Hudler never tires. Nicky Lidstrom is a beast, Uh oh! Look who's near the crease! Holmstrom's butt is in the way but that's right where he needs to stay. Osgood's saves will be amazing, Wings will come out, skates a-blazing, Clears will pass and Hank will score, Light comes on, the crowd will roar! Filppula will deke like crazy, Koko's hits will make them hazy, Malts will grind like days of yore, Big Rig really wants to score. Brad Stuart will play real smart, playing defense like an art, Lebda will block many shots, and Rafalski will play hot. Columbus BJs should look out, tonight the Red Wings leave no doubt, the round, the cup- it's all in reach, tonight's the night that we believe! Go Wings!!!

Sorry, I didn't mean it the way it sounded. I'm a HUGE Ozzie fan. I was more trying to make reference to other team's perception of him, not reality. My post was kinda tongue-in-cheek anyway since believing that Mike Babcock controls the entire NHL is pretty conspiracy theory-y. I don't want this to turn into a goalie thread!!!

Maybe there is some strategy in keeping Draper out until the series moves to Columbus? I like to think that Babcock, along with all the Wings, are all genius masterminds who control everything. Ozzie not having a great year to fool other teams into thinking he was awful, messing with the lines for the last 2 months so other teams couldn't see probable combinations as it got closer to the playoffs, keeping Draper a secret until they have to do faceoffs as the visiting team??? It's possible, right? haha

This might be a stupid question but... why is Mason's GAA 4.01? Is there a reason it's not just 4.00? It's late and I just happened to notice that and wonder about it...

I noticed that the other day but didn't really realize that it was a new version. I just wondered why I had thought it was so funny before. I enjoy the awkward one better!
