a goals a goal, and with Z and D around the net he will gets lots of garbage goals, sure D,Z and Fil would get nicer goals but with Homer in front of the net it does give Z and D that extra second to get the shot to the net

as a homer i think he is the best in the league right now, but kovalev is just sic with the puck, and got in an argument last night at the bar with a guy who says hemsky is the best, but i never watch the oilers so not sure. My gut still tells me Dats is the man though

i was looking through these a couple months ago cuz i collect the redwings ones and i am positive i saw a lidstrom#2 figure scheduled for release, but i checked again yesterday to see when it was being released and i can not see it listed, anyone know if they pulled this figure to change it to maybe hoisting a cup like the 1st yzerman release, or if it is just scrapped..not seen a detroit player relase since the Z over a year ago

as a redwings fan i fear no team this regular season, but i think the sharks will have another great year, chicago i think will improve on last year, calgary always saces me in the playoffs but not in the regular season. That is about it, as for the east i could care less, washington could step it up over last year and philly might realize that they don't have to suck anymore after thier playoff run last year and do pretty decent. Basically as long as Detroit keeps winning, Tootoo and Pronger get in a fight and kill each other and corey perry trips over center ice and breaks his ankle....perfect season

i use to get hockey cards when i was younger, i got a lids rookie..actually think the one year i got them was a good year for cards, i got a lids rookie like i aid, jagr, fedorov, hasek, belfour...and lets not forget gino odjick..never played for wings but still awesome lol. I was in west edmonton mall a couple months ago and picked up a couple different Z rookies as well

i hate terry crisp and the calgary homers, horrible, i like dallas though, was funny i was watching that gamw where..i think it was when zetterberg did the through the legs drop pass going behind the net to datsyuk who just tapped it in, and the dallas horn blew and the announcer was like wow that goal was so nice even the dallas guy got in on it. i don't know i thought it was hilarious..although it might have been a different goal, so many great goals the last couple seasons.

personally i would rather have sammy, huds and flip, well at least huds and flip.

gonna have to agree, is the hossa signing by a landslide. The bowman deal hurts but he is not on the ice and making things happen (at least at the forefront) would have been different..to me anyways of bowman would have been Z or Dats or Lids but since he isn't then i do not see it being such a big deal in the big picture
