if those were the lines i would have to say canada, then russia, i love sweden but if the sedins are your 2nd line you got problems i think..then again i hve thught the sedins were overrated since about 2 months into thier first nhl season. Unfortunately it takes more then 2 lines to win a championship..

i am assuming hos and pav play together with homer and fil/z/franzen make up line 1b not too many teams in the league (if any) can put out 2 shut down lines, hence 1 line will feel like they are playing in a scrimmage on any given night. You put your top line against pav/hos and homer, and Z's line runs rampant over you, you line up against Z, and pav makes you pav and co. light the lamp. With how good babcock is at keeping the team with their foot on the pedal i do not see a stanley cup hangover...I just can not see how barring injury those 3 do not have banner years

if we could get fil locked up for like 5-6 years at 2-3 mil a season i think it would be great, i can only see his impact on this team going up, hell even after hossa bolts when we win him the cup we could have a franzen hudler, fil line that could still put up numbers. i think the longer we wait to get hm a long term deal the more it will cost us. if we sign him 1 year now and he puts up 90 points playnig with hossa this year then next year we are f##$ed anyways

yeah i live in reddeer, in 05 it was everycar here had an oilers flags on it, the year b4 was all calgary flags..the same cars that had oilers on it before, best things this year was when cgy forced game 7 in round 1, the next day i counted i think 32 flames flags just on my way to work, the day after when they lost i counted 4 flags all day and i just lol'd all day long, might have even giggled myself to sleep

1- nashville i hate terry crisp announcing, i watch on mute if i have to watch a nashville feed for the game. 2- calgary - just the homer announcers the flames could be losing 20-0 with 0 shots on net and the announcers would still find a way to make it seem like calgary still has a chance etc etc. (and my bro lived there from 00-07 said he never even saw a flames jersey outside of the saddledom till thier playoff run year and he lived about 3 blocks away, now all he wants to do is buy the team and give them the gayest jersey ever so he never has to see a flames jersey again) 3- not really anyone comes to mind, i hate anaheim cuz they are anaheim and they have pronger and perry and i feel they poached bert and schneids last year (which actually worked out pretty good) and i hate burke
