There is a perfect solution for that.

Well Pronger isn't even close to in his prime, and Lidstrom has outperformed him easily in the past few seasons. In the playoffs they are just about equal, but Lidstrom doesn't miss playoff time like Pronger does. Pronger should not be ahead of Lidstrom under any circumstances based on their current ability.

Downey was not a heavyweight. He was a middleweight who would defend his teammates and scrap under any circumstances, and would always come out either with a win or with a damn good showing. He was a defender, not an attacker. At least from my perspective. As someone who considers him expendable, it's a damn shame he hasn't found a job in the NHL yet.

Because a fight isn't exactly considered a "legal" play? Neither is a crosscheck to the back, which is what Ott did. More like a couple inches and 20-30 pounds. -

I think his freak out when Kronwall hit Ribeiro was enough to show he is a little baby when a hit is placed on his team member. He was the first name to pop out of my head. How many are you looking for? Five? Ten? Fifty? -

I don't see the problem with having only Osgood to help us in the post-season, considering the Wings had "chokejob" Conklin as a backup last year to play if Osgood faltered.

I don't really hate any players. I think Maltby and Draper are essentially useless now (and Holmstrom to an extent) but I don't act smart when they fail and don't try to make excuses when they succeed. Also, I hate enforcers. Those damn enforcers, fighting and ruining our game! (please note the sarcasm)
