Couldn't play with Datsyuk or Zetterberg, and was only able to do very well with Filpulla and perhaps a couple other low tier Wings. He did do well in the goals department, but that isn't how the Wings system works. Possibly, but I believe the Mule should be on the first line. That is a cash money line. And a big reason the lines were changed regularly was because of the "Hossa can't play well with anyone" factor. Of course, it may be too late, and his confidence may be shaken as it is.

Lidstrom had nothing to do with the Wings loss. He was injured (read up on his injury since it seems you haven't yet), and he still was able to keep Crosby off the scoresheet for the majority of the series. Irrelevant point. Congrats.

Like I said before I believe a big part of that is from playing with Hossa, which formed a duo with no chemistry at all. And a little under a point per game isn't horrible for an elite player playing in a defensive conference. In the playoffs no less.

8 goals in 18 games is bad? That's a 36 goal season. Btw Datsyuk would have had a better year if Babcock didn't try to keep sticking him with Hossa. That was a horrible line. Just horrible.
