This isn't a discussion of hockey. All I see is posters high fiving and saying "HEY LOOK AT HIM GET PISSED ABOUT SOMETHING LETS JUMP ON HIM IMMEDIATELY FOR IT!" And you don't know how many captains talk about something like that, because I don't recall something like that happening before. Who knows, who cares, Crosby is trying to get his team to stay in the game and he will do whatever it takes to make that happen. He isn't here to cater to the home fans. He is there to cater to his team, and that was shown in the fact he scored THREE GOALS that night.

Where do you get this idea from?

1. We have plenty of defensive forwards. 2. Crosby can learn from guys like Datsyuk and Hossa and become just as good as Zetterberg. 3. Crosby is 21. Right now he may not have the overall game Zetterberg has but he has plenty of time to do it. And his offense is only rivaled by three players, one of which is on the Wings already.

I don't believe Green outperformed Lidstrom. First, Green does not always play against top talent, so a lot of his effort can go towards offense considering the player he plays against aren't the best offensive players. Second, just because Green is having a stellar year offensively doesn't mean he will win it. Defensemen who have dominated in point production have not always won the Norris. Third, Lidstrom had at most one month of sub-par hockey, and he has outplayed both Green and Chara since then. Lidstrom should win it in my opinion, but if Chara or Green won it, I wouldn't be overly upset. This is a close top three talent wise.
