That is completely false. Weber chose to fight lilja because he was clotheslined during the play. Having Downey in the lineup wouldn't have changed a thing. -

No, the defense just really really sucks. Especially considering the ******* salary that is being paid to these guys in comparison to the goaltenders. If the defense makes over 10 times (guessing here) the salary that the goalies make, you should make no mistakes at all. No excuses.

What confuses me is I didn't see hardly any opening in the fivehole and somehow it snuck under. I'm less angry at Osgood for letting it in than I am confused for it being able to make it right under his right pad. Seriously, how did that happen?
