For grit? For someone to fight the other team's enforcer? Energy? Popularity? All of those things, minus extra engery, are not necessities for a team's success. I enjoy having an enforcer in the lineup, but I don't believe that an enforcer is a vital part to a team's success.

I would think that arguments create much more conversation than agreements. "The Wings played well tonight." "Yeah, it was a great game!" "Osgood let in 7 goals, he is really terrible."
